Precautions

1. Exhibitors who choose a corner booth will be charged an additional 20% of the booth fee.
2. Exhibitor procedures: fill in the exhibition application form and the contract with the official seal and mail or fax it to the organizing committee. The full amount of the exhibition fee or the 50% deposit shall be telegraphically transferred to the organizing committee within five working days from the date of mailing or faxing the contract. the
3. Booth allocation principle: “first application, first payment, first arrangement”. After the exhibitors remit all the expenses, they must fax the bank remittance slip to the organizing committee for verification. The organizing committee arranges booths according to the principle of “three first”. The organizing committee will confirm the booth to the exhibitor company only after receiving the fee. the
4. If the exhibitor company terminates the exhibition contract midway, the exhibition fee paid to our company will be regarded as liquidated damages. the
