Exhibitor Steps

• Step 1: Receive the exhibition materials “invitation letter, application form, booth map” sent by the organizing committee to the exhibitors
• Step 2: Exhibitors fill in the “Exhibition Application Form” of the exhibition, affix the official seal, and fax it to the organizing committee
• Step 3: After the organizing committee receives the “Exhibition Application Form”, both parties confirm the booth and sign the “Exhibition Contract”
