Precautions
- Exhibitors who choose a corner booth will be charged an additional 20% of the booth fee.
- Exhibitor procedures: fill in the exhibition application form and the contract with the official seal and mail or fax it to the organizing committee. The full amount of the exhibition fee or the 50% deposit shall be telegraphically transferred to the organizing committee within five working days from the date of mailing or faxing the contract. the
- Booth allocation principle: “first application, first payment, first arrangement”. After the exhibitors remit all the expenses, they must fax the bank remittance slip to the organizing committee for verification. Overview
The main building is shaped like a stretched and soft four-leaf clover, adopts the concept of axial symmetry, and embodies many Chinese elements in the design. The National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) is located in the core hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta. It is located in the west of the core area of Shanghai Hongqiao Business District. It is only 1.5 kilometers away from Hongqiao Transportation Hub. The exhibition area of the National Convention and Exhibition Center is nearly 600,000 square meters, including nearly 500,000 square meters of indoor exhibition halls and 100,000 square meters of outdoor exhibition venues. The complex has a total of 17 exhibition halls, including 15 large exhibition halls with a unit area of 30,000 square meters, and 2 multi-functional exhibition halls with a unit area of 10,000 square meters, which can be directly accessed by trucks. Super load-bearing capacity
The ground load of the four large exhibition halls (Halls 1.1, 2.1, 3, and 4.1) on the northern part of the first floor is as high as 5 tons per square meter, which is currently the exhibition hall with the strongest load-bearing capacity in the world. There are 4 double-storey large exhibition halls (Halls 5.1, 6.1, 7.1, and 8.1) on the southern part of the first floor and 1 small exhibition hall (North Hall NH) on the northern part. The ground load is 3.5 tons per square meter. On the second floor, there are seven large exhibition halls (Halls 1.2, 2.2, 4.2, 5.2, 6.2, 7.2, and 8.2) and one small exhibition hall (Hong Hall EH).
